Welcome to Old Shores. Old Shores has received a Development Order from Washington County, Florida. The project is being developed by Michael Keiser and features a new public golf course designed by renowned golf architect Tom Doak. The Old Shores site is located approximately 30 miles north of the Panama City airport and is easily accessible from the resort communities of the 30A corridor.
